In the heart of the historic Alsatian wine capital, nestled at the foot of Mont Sainte-Odile between Obernai and Sélestat, steeped in history and tradition, discover our welcoming 4-star guesthouse in Barr, the perfect base for exploring Central Alsace, between the Vosges Mountains and the Black Forest, amidst vineyards and half-timbered houses.

The “Chez l’Alsacien” gîte is a 67m² (721 sq ft) two-bedroom apartment that can accommodate up to 5 people (plus a baby cot upon request). Completely renovated with meticulous care, preserving the original materials, and furnished primarily with authentic antique furniture collected during our travels and encounters, it features two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, a balcony, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sure to delight visitors seeking a truly timeless experience. Every detail has been carefully considered to combine old-world charm with modern comfort, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Logis du Printemps is our wonderful project, born in July 2019 after our young family moved to Alsace. We fell in love with Alsace instantly!

From then on, our desire to share the many treasures of Alsace – cultural, historical, gastronomic, and geographical – as well as the immense hospitality of the Alsatians, their spirit of sharing, their generosity, and their friendliness – became a natural calling for us.
